Let yourself be seduced by French Polynesia

Close your eyes and imagine yourself on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, on the edge of a beautiful turquoise lagoon bordered by coconut palms. You are facing the ocean that stretches as far as the eye can see, the sun's rays caressing your skin. Welcome to French Polynesia!

This little paradise can only make you dream with its superb colors that come in shades of blue and green, each island and atoll having different attractions!

Here is a selection of 4 places that we particularly appreciated...

The essentials to prepare your trip in French Polynesia

Although we often associate French Polynesia with Tahiti or Bora Bora, it is important to know that French Polynesia is a group of 118 islands and atolls spread over 5 very distinct archipelagos! You have understood that you will have to make a choice when planning your trip, because obviously, it will be impossible to cover all the archipelagos during a first visit, unless you spend several months there.

Explore French Polynesia

During our first stay in French Polynesia, we focused on 2 archipelagos: the Society Islands (Windward and Leeward Islands) and the Tuamotu. Unfortunately, our stay in the Tuamotu Islands was ruined by the capricious weather. We therefore preferred to share with you only our tips and feedback on the 4 islands where we spent enough time to properly tell you about it: Moorea, Maupiti, Tahaa and Huahine.
